Support the team in identifying and researching prospective athletes for the client roster. Day-to-day activities can include athletic research, tracking performance records, and preparing scouting reports to inform outreach decisions.

Help build KDSG's brand presence across social media and digital platforms. Day-to-day includes drafting content, supporting brand partnership proposals, and maintaining consistent company image.

Support KDSG's financial operations and reporting under the CFO. Day-to-day includes assisting with tracking partnership revenue and supporting the founders with basic financial research.

Assist with reviewing and organizing athlete representation agreements and brand partnership contracts. Day-to-day includes conducting basic legal and compliance research and supporting the founders on regulatory matters.

Support communication between KDSG, athletes, and brand partners. Day-to-day includes responding to inquiries, preparing outreach resources, and supporting remote meetings.
